Ahh, the immortal words of Drake. He knows what’s up and he’s ‘bout that chill life.

Aren’t we all?

The best time of day is when you come home from work so ready for your next Netflix marathon that you rip off your pants before you even make it up the stairs! Putting on your favourite pair of sweats and snuggling up with your fleece blanket and a huge bag of Cheetos (who needs the gym, amirite?); these are your plans for the evening! And if you’re lucky, for the whoooooooole weekend.

You know what sucks? When things get in the way of these plans. Maybe you need to shovel snow, rake leaves and cut the grass! Too many things to do!

If you’re searching for something low maintenance where you can watch your Netflix in peace, without that nagging feeling in your gut, then this is it!

This unit is a ‘Lakeview’ model townhouse situated in The Winds at Summerside Place and built by Reid’s Heritage Homes in 2008. It is a two-storey home, with a finished basement, which is evidently very well taken care of. The kitchen and living area is an open space concept featuring maple cabinets with valance lighting and sliding doors to the backyard patio. There is ceramic tile in the front foyer/main hallway and kitchen, and gleaming hardwood floors in the living room. The upper level has a spacious master suite with sitting area as well as his & hers closets, and two other bedrooms. The basement is fully finished, complete with 3-pc. Bath, laundry facilities and rec room that could also be a 4th bedroom. While this house may sound crazy big, its actually quite cozy and perfect for those who prefer to spend as little time cleaning as possible.

The icing on the cake for this truly lovely townhome is that it’s a condo; outside maintenance is all taken care of (#thankyoucondofees)! #woowoo #throwyahandsintheair

409 Joseph Street, Unit #4 is the quintessential place for a single new homebuyer, a couple searching for their first house together, or a small family!

Cheers,
